Coffee arabica

Coffee - Dwarf KM35 Red

Native to tropical South East Africa, the Arabica is a small evergreen tree which thrives in our cooler climate. Not strictly a fruit but an underrated garden ornamental with edible/drinkable berries. Dwarf varieties are particularly suited to the home garden because of their decorative white scented flowers which produces a remarkable quantity of large berries which make a very good coffee. They dislike hot, dry areas and should be fertilized regularly October to March. Harvest June to September, pick when fully mature. Pollinators are not required.
